Q. What is PPI?

cover against the likes of unemployment, accident and sickness to supposedly
protect you if you can no longer afford to repay your lender.

Q. How do I know if I have been mis-sold PPI?
If the lender didn’t fully explain the cost of the policy to you, if you were not in full
time employment at the time or if you were not made aware that the policy was
optional, it is likely that the policy was mis sold to you. There are many reasons
why the policy may not have been appropriate and we can identify these reasons
quite easily to ensure we have a strong case against the lender.
Q. How do I claim back PPI on my loan or credit card?
The first step is to determine whether you have taken out payment protection
insurance. Check your loan agreement or credit card statement and see whether
PPI has been added to the credit agreement or whether you are paying for it on a
monthly basis. If so, complete our claim form and we will be in touch with you to
discuss your claim
Q. Do you charge any upfront fees for this service?
Absolutely not. We operate on a no win, no fee basis and you would only incur
the 20% fee should we win your case.
Q. How long does it take to claim back PPI?
It all depends on circumstance but the majority of cases take around 8-12 weeks.
